      Pros

      Good PMO support. Knowledgeable managers keep the focus on job performance. Able to shift and realign resources as needed when it was convenient.

      Cons

      Transition between projects was lacking and sometimes not helpful in finding new challenges and work assignments. Severe restrictions in bringing in new projects led to frustration.

      Consistent work with lots of future growth in Utah

      Disorganized management leading to high turnover, attrition, and burnout for those being managed

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
