Pros

Good people, well intended leadership who are willing to empower if you prove yourself.

Cons

Limited opportunities to be promoted in Boulder, pay is based more on the time you're there than performance. Big company mentality makes it hard to get things done many times. Often a Sub to LM or others in the business area, also makes everyday a little more difficult than other places I've been.

Pros

Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
