      too many to list - good old boys network is very powerful- professional growth is restircted by this group who is not competent to lead 21 st century work force.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
