Pros
Interesting Work, 9/80 Schedule makes for great work life balance, Good salary pay but no bonuses. Lots of career opportunities for mid Career employees.
Cons
HR dictates all Raises and Promotions for Entry Level employees and makes them very difficult to come by. Seems like the only way to get promoted out of entry level is leave company and come back in 3-4 years. No bonuses so can be demotivating that hard work isn't compensated for unless you get a promotion as everyone gets the same satisfactory rating and merit increase every year.
