- C-Level Leadership effectively serves the board/shareholders. - Culture of ethical business practices due to government customer regulations and a desire to avoid bad press - If working on a contract, then one can align themselves to the customer's mission, resulting in fulfilling work.
Cons
- C-Level Leadership has *optionally* decided to conduct reductions over 2-3 month periods that leaves people/families without jobs. - Culture used to be very employee friendly though the good parts continue to be reduced. - If working on a contract, then don't expect the company to care much beyond you continuing to bring in the revenue.
