Pros
I was told one of the pros of working for NG was the stability and lack of turnover - but after surviving 5+ years there and enduring a turnover rate near 100% (24 of 25 devs let go or walk from frustration) there is no way that stability is a pro.
Cons
High turnover, some of which due to low recognition. Not a single developer promoted in 5 years. Management moves up. Developers do NOT. Even developers that carry a disproportionate large percentage of development on a project due to hard work, desire to finish doing a job well, extra hours, high turnover rate making all the preceding things necessary.
