      I have had a great career development with Northrop. Never a lack of opportunities for outreach outside the company through company sponsored events.

      Cons

      Benefits are minimum to average. Company is not keeping up with the growing tech world. When work is low I don't feel valued.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
