Good pay and steady backlog of work. Teams are siloed and projects can be slow. - Process Engineer Northrop Grumman Employee Review

Pros

They pay well and have great benefits such as 6 weeks of paid parental leave for having a baby. Growth and learning are very available and encouraged.

Cons

It can be boring and monotonous and the company has not invested in Propulsion systems facilities to be competitive in the future. Systems and processes are out of date and clunky to change.

Pros

Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
