Pros
Large company that encourages job rotations within company every 2 - 3 years, flexible work schedule (9/80 Fridays ), and decent benefits (health, education and 401k). Health care center, fitness center, cafeteria and credit union on site make work life balance possible.
Cons
Due to rushed rotations, sometimes knowledge isn't transferred which causes unnecessary stress. Some positions lack desktop procedures. Recent corporate reorganization of sectors is making things very difficult.
