      The departments that I have worked for have been well staffed and have all of the equipment needed to do the job. Unfortunately many of us know that is no the case everywhere.

      Lately there has been a hire turnover with staff, most with new grad employees.

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
