      Northside Cherokee provides a very positive and uplifting work environment. Monthly meetings are especially helpful, as they offer valuable information and the flexibility to attend or listen online. Coworkers are supportive, and the overall atmosphere promotes teamwork and growth.

      Cons

      Wage increases are not consistently aligned with true performance, and evaluations for raises could be conducted more regularly to better reflect employees’ contributions.

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
