Competent co-workers, tuition reimbursement, pension after 5 years

Cons

Pay is less than expected, holiday policy is terrible- having to use PTO when the clinic is closed is ridiculous

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
