      Luckily, the coworkers made the work tolerable. That's it. That's why it gets a 3 star.

      Cons

      DON'T GO TO NORTHSIDE GWINNETT. Management sucks. People don't leave the workplace, they leave the manager/supervisor/director etc. They don't advocate for their people.

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
