Great pay and ability for overtime. Many positions to choose from in different departments.

Cons

Northside itself is great but EVS department will try to hold you. Always short staffed and wont work with your schedule.

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
