      Benefit package and the so-called "prestige" of the hosptial in the atlanta area

      Cons

      Unfavorable work enviroment less then stellar leadership by management incompentent pharmacist alot of medication errors and poor inventory control, scheduleing , and delegation of duties by management . Horrible structure of chain of command and informing staff of issues related to quality of service and requirements of state and federal regulation compliance needed for staff to complete

      Pros

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
