Communication from management is poor to non existent at times. They are quick to tell you about all the things you are doing wrong and what you should be doing but they are very slow in helping you to be able to get there.
The electronic medical record they bought and use is a waste of money and makes your job harder and more stressful yet they have done very little to improve it.
They are the only company that I'm aware of in the state of Georgia that does NOT chart by exception, which means you have to chart on everything making it hard for you and providers to get a clear simple picture of the current issues your patients may be having.
They are quick to roll out new things they want you to do and then make your merit or raises contingent upon you completing said thing in a quick manner.
If someone makes a mistake at another campus all other campuses share in the punishment.
