      Pros

      Northside has been a great place to work and network. I have been with Northside as long as I have been in GA (since 2020). I enjoyed exploring the different facilities and moving up in my career within Northside.

      Cons

      The pay is not as great as other health systems across Georgia, which I understand because I see Northside always improving and expanding their territory quite aggressively the past couple of years. The HR department is not the best at communication and transparency.

      Pros

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
