Company funded pension, great coworkers.

Cons

Limited additional training offered if you’re not clinical. Where nursing has extra levels &, incentives. Clerical/secretarial isn’t really offered anything extra for advancement.

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
