      Pros

      I've been employed with Northside for 15+ years, and I absolutely love what I do. Northside is a company that cares not only for its patients but also, its employees and their families. Northside truly lives by its mission statement and the service standards set the guidelines for everyone to follow. I live an hour away and could work anywhere closer to home, but I choose to continue my professional journey with Northside.

      Cons

      The pay could be more competitive and milestone bonuses should be considered.

      Pros

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
