Management is poor. They do not deal with problematic employees. Been trying to transfer to a different dept and being constantly denied and blocked.

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
