Northside has a great work life balance, great community, opportunities to network with other specialties.

Cons

You never know what you are walking into daily, this would not be a good job for someone who does not deal with conflict well and is not a people person.

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
