Pros
The people and environment here are great. Everybody is king and willing to help others. We are a real time down at the lower level. However, that's it.
Cons
The salaries are WAY below average. Employees are also expected to work 45+ hours a week, AND support production applications during off hours without extra pay. All which diminish the salary. Our holiday parties are EMBARRASSING. We are understaffed, working our butts off extra hours, and they delayed our raises by 4+ months non retroactively. The 401k match is the lowest in the industry. The benefits are expensive. Treat your employees right, and they won't leave as they are proceeding to do. People are dropping like flies! If you do not work for Nuance already, don't. I strongly don't recommend it.
