Pros
I can work from home.
Cons
This position requires a skilled workforce and is the bread and butter, yet there seemingly is no value placed on these workers. The company (and industry) does not pay a living wage for these services. It is fine if you are supported and only need pocket change (no exageration), but not if you need to provide any significant contribution to the household finances. It is insulting and demoralizing. Along with that, the expectations placed on perfection (99.5% plus accuracy) is not remotely reflected in the pay. The "bonus" not realistically attainable. There is no shortage of negative feedback highlighting every mistake made yet very minimal positive feedback. Very demoralizing. I know of many who have or are planning to get out of this field simply because of the pathetically poor pay. There are plenty of places people can go make minimum wage for a lot less aggravation.
