Working for them is like drowning and they are holding your head down just to let you keep gasping for air. - Downgraded From CMT to MLS Nuance Employee Review

Pros

Lol. Zero. None. Did I mention zero?

Cons

Everything. Becoming homeless. Being degraded. Being used. Being ignored. Having to be glued to your computer 12 hours a day or more while still not getting in 8 hours of work. Then when you want to make up time on the same time period they don't let you because you can't work more than 40 hours in a week. It's not overtime when it's the same pay period! Everything being outsourced overseas. Never getting the chance to obtain an hourly position there because they give people overseas the jobs for cheaper pay. Nuance invented voice recognition so they could eventually take over all the hospitals and clinics and make millions while the people doing the real work can't even survive, go into debt, need government assistance, and lose your mind and stability. Everyday there was something new or the SOS to make me anxious, angry, depressed, defeated, distressed, and lower than I had ever been. I loved my job until I was forced to work for them after the hopsital contracted with them.

Pros

The company offers excellent training and a thorough onboarding process, helping new hires feel well-prepared and confident. The small, close-knit teams foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where you never feel lost in the crowd. Employees take pride in the innovative technology and software being developed, which is recognized as impactful within the industry. (Note: The company was acquired by Microsoft to bring potential for future growth.)

Cons

While the company excels in many areas, there’s limited upward mobility, especially in certain career paths, which can be frustrating for those seeking advancement. Additionally, feedback from employees often feels like it’s not taken seriously, which can lead to disengagement when trying to influence change or improve processes.
