Pros

Along with the ability to work from home, Nuance is the only company that I have worked for in several years to supply benefits for full-time employees. They also supply their MLS employees with an incredible amount of helpful information in Enrich. Many, many word lists, helpful hints, etc. The new pay scale grid seems to work well, better than any I have worked for in the past. Also, there is the abbility to communicate with other employees (MLS, TSM, etc) while working so quesetions you have about accounts, etc., can sometimes be answered. This is probably the best feature they offer. My manager has been completely transparent in everything goign on and is ALWAYS there to help with any questions I may have. I have seldom run out of work on only 1 major account. When this happened, I was assigned a secondary account which has corrected the problem.

Cons

Cannot really think of any cons other than as everyone, I wish I could make more money.

Pros

The company offers excellent training and a thorough onboarding process, helping new hires feel well-prepared and confident. The small, close-knit teams foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where you never feel lost in the crowd. Employees take pride in the innovative technology and software being developed, which is recognized as impactful within the industry. (Note: The company was acquired by Microsoft to bring potential for future growth.)

Cons

While the company excels in many areas, there’s limited upward mobility, especially in certain career paths, which can be frustrating for those seeking advancement. Additionally, feedback from employees often feels like it’s not taken seriously, which can lead to disengagement when trying to influence change or improve processes.
