Pros

+ Very competitive salary + Hybrid / remote work still allowed

Cons

- Once a great company now it's just a shadow of its former self. - Useless HR - No communication. Things happen without any transparency. Sometime your salary is more, sometimes less. You have to stay on top. Sometimes they congratulate you on being many years with the company, sometimes they don't. - No team building, lack of any major effort to bring people together. - Sales do whatever they want. No checks or balances. They sell products they don't understand. - Lack of respect between different hierarchies. Many people are full of themselves and simply ignore your emails, communication, and tasks. - Goal is to do everything and achieve nothing. - Planning is pure waterfall, but everyone is acting as if we are agile. - There is no meeting ethics. No one makes meeting minutes. No decisions are documented. Often decisions are rediscussed. - No career path as preference is always given to externals. - High turnover. - New hires are very disruptive. They make mess and leave after 2 years. - Everyone does everything and no one is responsible for nothing. - Promotions are given based on preference not merit. Some departments have massive salary increases and promotions, while others never. At the end it's all up to a Manager. No alignment between teams and departments. - A lot of sexism.

Pros

The company offers excellent training and a thorough onboarding process, helping new hires feel well-prepared and confident. The small, close-knit teams foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where you never feel lost in the crowd. Employees take pride in the innovative technology and software being developed, which is recognized as impactful within the industry. (Note: The company was acquired by Microsoft to bring potential for future growth.)

Cons

While the company excels in many areas, there’s limited upward mobility, especially in certain career paths, which can be frustrating for those seeking advancement. Additionally, feedback from employees often feels like it’s not taken seriously, which can lead to disengagement when trying to influence change or improve processes.
