      Pros

      - great leadership team - strategies to build great private & public cloud based products - a company growing and not downsizing - very positive vibe - can work from 100% from home OR in the office - NOTHING is set in stone - if something doesn't make sense it gets changed - cool tooling and constantly evolving - usually possible to get a good work-life balance (of course there are short periods of stress) - corporate values promote working together and everyone having ownership and the freedom to do the right thing

      Cons

      - if you don't like change and evolution this is not the place for you
