1- Company strategy is focused on growth by acquisition with a view to repeat the NSN-BSS low-cost/high stock valuation impact. Top management are just interested in realizing more capital gains than properly running/growing the business. 2- Low ethics: this company treats its most valuable resource (people) like commodity. 3- Lost agility: extreme bureaucracy and internal politics slow down the ability to capture business efficiently. The company is effectively losing in Tier 2-3 markets, to aggressive newcomers like Alepo, and in all tiers to Network Vendors like Huawei, ZTE. 4- Lots of incompetence in middle-management. 5- Total incompetence in Legal & HR
