2. In the salary structure, you will have a variable component (10-20%) and that you will get only 20-30% of your variable component. Many times company is not able to meet the goals.
3. Whenever you have meeting with your managers they said you are doing good, but at the time of appraisal they will not give you a good rating and will give you number of reasons.
4. If you are working on legacy part, there is no learning and lot of pressure.
5. The managers doesn't care if you are liking the work or not. They just assign work to you, to a developer they can ask to write automation script also,
6. The leads here don't know how to give estimations, they give estimations on the fly and after that team suffers as in those estimates the work is not doable as legacy code itself has it's own challenges.
7. The managers here are with no technical background, they don't know what you are doing, they will just argue with you if some assignment is taking time.
8. Hike is very low max 2-3% and sometimes no hike.
