Pay and benefits weren't horrible. Was offered severance. Direct supervisor was awesome.

Cons

I, along with my entire team, was laid off after over 5 years of grueling work with terrible EHR/IT support. Promises were made. Promises were broken.

Chronic understaffing that leads to constant burnout Leadership behavior is inconsistent, unaccountable, and often dismissive Nepotism heavily influences promotions and opportunities Raises and bonuses are rare or nonexistent despite increasing workloads Workload expectations are unrealistic and unsustainable Company talks about mental wellness but does not practice it internally Extremely limited EAP benefits that offer little real support Employees are not acknowledged, respected, or meaningfully recognized High turnover due to poor culture and lack of investment in employees
