Pros
I was very impressed with a smooth transition into the company. All the paperwork was in order and nothing was delayed like other companies I have applied too. But!... that’s it.
Cons
Where to begin.... if you want to take a vacation, you can not give too much advance notice or they disregard it. They only like to receive notification no more than 2 weeks out, which is so odd. It’s all about numbers. If you understand medical terminology and can work super quick then you should be fine. If you like to take some breaks and think just because you are working super hard and are very nice, you will be let go if you can’t reach your set number. Even if your 5 off, forget about it. Communication between us and management does not exist. They only offer OT if you meet those numbers. Also, super strict on time. Some companies I have worked for, 5 mins late sometimes no big deal... here if your late once you get pounced on instantly. Oh.. and you are micromanaged very often. Low pay. $15 an hour to start. Then 2% raises. Super high turnover! I’m just a warm body to them. Hardly any advancement opportunities.
