      Well managed business headed towards the top of tier field in the transportation industry. Very flexible workplace with great employees

      Cons

      Optym is rapidly growing making the companies structure slightly volatile. They are very open to suggestions and new ideas to mitigate this.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
