You will be given complete freedom by the top management to bring in new ideas- right from a crucial decision making to requesting your favourite item in the pantry. Every statement of yours is paid attention to, by the top management, personally. I have not seen anything close to politics or any bad blood among any of the team members so far. The work environment is collaborative and all the team members are really helpful.
