      Proper comfort for work, great people with many exceptional professionals to work with, learn from and hang out together, competitive salaries with good benefits, many ways and possibilities for growth. Continuous improvements of the processes. Good ideas and suggestions are always welcome will it be in the management sector or within your team.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
