      Pros

      Work culture is fantastic. There is a hybrid setup and good flexibility in working hours. Positive part is that there are ample growth opportunities and even chances to relocate globally.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
