You quickly gain experience closing as you'll run through many sales cycles of varying complexity. If you stay, you'll be eligible for a small pay raise each year. This role is great if you enjoy traveling - you're expected to see customers every month.
Cons
Monthly quota forces a very toxic work culture for some teams (i.e. this is not about consultative selling, it's about constantly finding questionable ways to create urgency and get customers to sign). You'll frequently find that customers are very apprehensive to work with us due to shady negotiation tactics used in the past.
