      - Good Salary - Good Benefits - Good working environment The situation at this employer in Egypt is stable some how, & the working conditions are good. It's not very great, nor very bad, it's good

      Cons

      - Bonus is not that high - Permanent contracts & their benefits are not stably issued - Annual Salary reviews are not stably issuing increases (But honestly the exercise is done annually) - Some cases huge difference is salaries even for same positions between 2 different persons
