Pros
- Decent pay (started as basic tech support at 25 NIS). - Working conditions were better than at most other ISPs in Israel at the time (indoor gym, better health-care plan, stuff like that). - Company values are clearly presented and easily relateable. - Almost every team-leader was considerate and respectful of their employees.
Cons
- Not much room for promotion unless you're a real "star" in your field. - The work itself is grinding, since tech-support means getting shouted at for hours by angry costumers on a daily basis. - In the last few months that I worked there new "product selling goals" started surfacing. This made things less pleasant for the workers (unless you're really good at selling things - but then why work as tech support?)
