      Pros

      I'm lucky with my current team. Friendly, creative personalities with a lot of knowledge to share. Free phone/SIM. Usually no need to worry about the cost of the calls/data. Not very long hours. Ability to work from home up to 2 days a week.

      Cons

      Very hard to grow and raise the salary. Easier to find a new job in the company. A manager's salary is average.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year
