Pros
Full transparency with medium management, very motivating managers, flexible working hours when needed (for students). If it is one of your first jobs, it builds your integrity very deep.
Cons
The change process was a bit overwhelming because the communication flow between various departments basically froze, everybody was overly cautious and scared of getting fired. Moreover, the bonus scheme dropped by 70%.
