      - One of the biggest telecom companies present in Romania, has a longtime focus on customer experience (CEX) for mobile and fixed services. - Good working environment, especially in the CEX Team - Good support given by top management for CEX improvement initiatives

      A continuosly changing environment, but this offers a lot of opportunities for development and learning.
