It was easy to get a job with Orange, and the staff benefits were good, the wage was good for the area the call centre was located in, there were a variety of shifts available.
Cons
Highly stressful work, staff penalised for almost everything, too many members of staff signed off with depression, many staff sacked after being off work sick. too stats orientated If you take your time & actually resolve the problems you are penalised for spending too much time on the call customer service secondary to stats
