      Great atmosphere, great people, being part of internal company, real experiences and responsibilities. As an intern or apprentice, you will learn a lot in a challenging environment.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to find a place in a big company like this but it's important to keep trying and to listen people who are in the company since along time. Finally, it can be hard to grow in this company.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
