      I really like that the time of work is flexible and it allows to do things in the time of work

      Management is not paying enough attention to employees adn it doesn't provide proper feedback as they should.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
