Pros
The Executive Team has created a fantastic culture, where everyone supports each other and there is a real family feel. In many tech organizations, the biggest worry is the product itself but there is no such worry here. This is a solid product used by many enterprise organizations with no implementation.
Cons
The benefits can use a bit of a boost but that is to be expected with a startup. I expect this to change shortly.
