Been with OwnBackhup for over a year now and I consider it a family. There are many things to like about the company, including the culture. If you bring in your best, you will be giving that opportunity to shine. Very collaborative environment. Plus, the beer is always on tap.

Change in processes can be handled a bit smoother. Comp can be a bit clearer.
