Pros
I have been working at OwnBackup for almost a year and a half now. I didn’t know what to expect coming into a start-up environment, but I can genuinely say, I’m happy I did. OwnBackup has become my home away from home, a place where I feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged. When I saw no trajectory in my previous position, OwnBackup created a new role for me that didn't exist before, allowing me the opportunity to pursue my passion. I have now been able to, with OwnBackup's leadership and resources, begin establishing myself in a career that I am proud of. When I have concerns, I am not turned away, I am welcomed. I am encouraged by leadership to voice my opinions and express my viewpoints. OwnBackup believes in building trust through transparency. It is the OwnBackup way. My co-workers have become a second family to me. Here, culture is as important as results, and that is proven through the quality of the people that OwnBackup invests in. I don't dread going into work in the morning, I'm actually weirdly excited most of the time. I commute in on the shuttle that OwnBackup offers for NYC residents, so that's saying a lot. Aside from that, the product speaks for itself. It is by far the best backup and recovery solution on the market. Hands down. I feel lucky knowing that I work for a company, with fire, spirit, and the drive to truly make an impact in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Cons
-Wish I could get to see the people from Israel and UK offices even more often. -Separate PTO and sick days
