Pros
When I started at the company almost 3 years ago I was told that seeing their employees grow personally and professionally was something they valued. They were not wrong! I started as an SDR, worked my way to ADR, was promoted to SMB, AE and now AE to the commercial team. Not only did OwnBackup keep their word but they showed me that if you work hard and focus on a goal they will invest in you.
Cons
I Don’t really have any cons. This is my first “real job” out of college so I don’t really have anything to compare it to. The reality is, there are pros and cons to everything in life. You just have to learn to take the good with the bad and make the best of everything you do.
