One of our core values as a company is, “We build trust through transparency.” Our Executive Leadership (ELT) Team demonstrates this value in all that they do. For example, we host monthly “Ask Me Anything” panels as part of our All Hands, which our ELT participates in and answers any and all employee questions live. They welcome anyone who would like to discuss anything further to reach out to them directly. In addition, each month, our CEO hosts an ask me anything session with every new hire that joins OwnBackup. We lead with transparency, and our leaders are committed to open communication. We find the best talent available for each and every role at OwnBackup. This is especially true for our leaders, who are each hand selected for the job, inclusive of our CFO.
