      * Product that customers find valuable. * Engineering team that delivers on product advancements.

      Cons

      * Extremely inexperienced leadership team that operates like a frat house. * Recent layoff fell disproportionately on women and people of color (of which there were not very many to begin with). * Complicated management environment with numerous entanglements (one of which ended the CEO's marriage).
